He has a unique insight into the incredible growth the area has experienced during this time, together with a great passion for the beauty and benefits the area has to offer. After leaving school David completed a Bachelor of Business degree at the University of Queensland whilst working part time as a letting clerk in his family Real Estate business. In 1997 he joined the business as a salesperson and became the managing director in 2004. Performance and success are paramount to David, driving him to develop a formidable reputation and track record over his 17 years in real estate. He has adapted his skills learnt as an award winning salesperson to lead the Northern Gold Coast’s dominant sales force, with his team again achieving record sales during 2009. Over the last 5 years his office has consistently been the number 1 Professionals office in Queensland and since the merger of the Professionals Group on the Eastern seaboard 2 years ago, his has been the number one office for turnover. He aims to continue to grow his business based on implementing the newest technology, at the same time continuing to deliver the consistent high performance that has put Vertullo Real Estate at the top of the Real Estate industry.
